TANNUKI Rectangle T SALLYS TRAIL RUNNING CLUB : Color Charcoal

2026年9月、SALLYS RUNNING DEPT.は7周年を迎えます。

その節目に、TANNUKIの「Rectangle T」をベースに、SALLYSのオリジナルデザインを落とし込んだ特別な一着をつくっていただきました。

今回デザインに入れた「SALLYS TRAIL RUNNING CLUB」は、特定のクラブやチームを指す名前ではありません。

速さやレースだけを目的とせず、
山を走る人も、歩く人も。
時には立ち止まったり、走らない日があってもいい。

それぞれのスタイルでトレイルや自然を楽しむ人たちが、緩やかにつながっていく。
そんなSALLYSが考えるコミュニティを表現しています。

そのベースに選んだのが、TANNUKIの「Rectangle T」です。

コンセプトは「ハードさとリラックスさの両立」。

腕を動かしやすいスリーブレスをベースに、肩に少しだけかかるフレンチスリーブと、ゆとりのある身頃を組み合わせたリラックスシルエット。

前後から見るとほぼ長方形に見えることから、「Rectangle」と名付けられています。

素材には、細かな凹凸のあるマイクロ鹿の子を採用。
さらっとした肌触りと通気性に加え、吸水速乾性、ストレッチ性、軽量性など、ランニングに必要な機能もしっかり備えています。

マットで落ち着いた生地感は、山やランニングだけでなく、日常にも自然になじみます。

走る人も、歩く人も。

ーデザイン
ベースとなるボディのコンセプトは「ハードさとリラックスさの両立」。
ハードなランニングにも使える機能性を持たせながら、TANNUKIらしい少し力の抜けた雰囲気を表現した、リラックスシルエットのフレンチスリーブです。

袖は腕振りのストレスを抑えるスリーブレス仕様。肩に少しだけかかるフレンチスリーブにすることで、一般的なスリーブレスよりもスポーティさを抑えています。

身頃はTANNUKIの定番ビッグシルエットTと同様、ゆとりのあるフィット。前後から見るとほぼ長方形に見えることから、「Rectangle（レクタングル＝長方形）」という名前が付けられています。
暑い時期や運動量の多い場面では、袖部分に生地がないことで腕を動かしやすく、ランニング時のストレスを軽減します。

ー素材
タイトに編み込まれたマイクロ鹿の子素材を使用。
ハイゲージに編まれた生地の裏面は、滑らかで柔らかな肌触り。鹿の子生地特有の細かな凹凸によって肌への接触面が少なく、さらっとしたタッチと通気性を備えています。
ポリエステル100％で軽量性にも優れ、吸水速乾性、ストレッチ性、耐洗濯性も備えています。マットな表面感と落ち着いた風合いで、ランニングだけでなく普段のスタイルにも合わせやすい素材です。

In September 2026, SALLYS RUNNING DEPT. will celebrate its 7th anniversary.

To mark the occasion, we worked with TANNUKI to create a special edition of their “Rectangle T,” featuring an original SALLYS design.

The words “SALLYS TRAIL RUNNING CLUB” featured in the design do not refer to any specific club or team.

It is not a community defined by speed or racing.

Some people run in the mountains.
Some prefer to walk.
Sometimes it is okay to stop, or not to run at all.

It represents the kind of community SALLYS believes in — people enjoying trails and nature in their own way, loosely connected by a shared appreciation for the outdoors.

For this idea, we chose TANNUKI’s Rectangle T as the base.

Its design concept is a balance between performance and relaxation.

The sleeveless construction allows freedom of movement around the arms, while the French sleeves extend slightly over the shoulders. Combined with the relaxed fit through the body, this creates a silhouette that feels less overtly sporty and more easygoing.

Viewed from the front or back, the body has an almost rectangular shape — hence the name “Rectangle.”

The fabric is a finely textured micro-piqué with a smooth, dry feel and good breathability. It also provides the performance needed for running, including moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties, stretch, and lightweight comfort.

With its matte finish and understated appearance, it works naturally not only on the trail or while running, but also as part of an everyday wardrobe.

—Design

The concept behind the Rectangle T is a balance between performance and relaxation.

While functional enough for hard running, its relaxed French-sleeve silhouette also carries TANNUKI’s characteristically easygoing, slightly understated feel.

The sleeveless construction reduces restriction around the arms during running. The French sleeves extend just slightly over the shoulders, softening the overtly athletic appearance of a conventional sleeveless top.

Like TANNUKI’s signature oversized T-shirts, the body has a relaxed fit. Viewed from the front or back, it appears almost rectangular, which is where the name **“Rectangle”** comes from.

In hot conditions or during high-intensity activity, the sleeveless construction allows greater freedom around the arms and helps reduce restriction while running.

—Material

Made from a tightly knitted micro-piqué fabric.

The high-gauge knit gives the inside of the fabric a smooth and soft feel against the skin. The fine texture characteristic of piqué reduces the amount of direct contact with the skin, creating a dry, comfortable touch while allowing good breathability.

Made from 100% polyester, the fabric is lightweight and also offers moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance, stretch, and excellent wash durability.

Its matte surface and understated texture make it easy to wear not only for running, but also as part of an everyday outfit.
