This hybrid model is based on the ELV1000 5.5in SHORT and features reinforced hip sections. The front uses Teton Bros.' original "PERTEX EQUILIBRIUM," which is lighter, stretchier, and more durable than standard fabrics. The hip section has been replaced with a tough, water-repellent softshell material, providing durability for safe use on rocky terrain without sacrificing mobility. A zippered pocket in the center of the back can hold a windshell. Pockets for maps and gels are located on both sides, allowing you to move around comfortably with items inside.
