Power Cushion® Plus
"Power Cushion® Plus" is a Yonex-original shock-absorbing material that combines shock absorption and resilience. It incorporates a highly resilient special resin and a new structure that features a grid of +-shaped grooves optimally spaced and deep. While maintaining its lightweight design, "Power Cushion® Plus" improves shock absorption by 28%*1 and resilience by 62%*2 (compared to standard shock-absorbing material [EVA]). Power Cushion®
A lightweight shock-absorbing material developed exclusively by Yonex that reduces the impact of landing and protects the knees from injury.
The 3D power carbon perimeter is raised to reduce lateral movement when landing, and the moderate flexibility reduces strain on the muscles, making it easier for even runners with weak muscles to run with reduced strain.
Endurance Rubber: Highly durable rubber material (approximately twice as abrasion resistant as conventional foam rubber) is used throughout the outsole. The textured sole is concentrated in the areas that wear out most when running at high speeds, improving grip.
Featherlite X is as light as a feather. It's the lightest material ever made by Yonex. It was developed from scratch to achieve the ultimate in lightweight performance. It's approximately 30% lighter than standard EVA material. By incorporating it into the sole, it protects the knees and legs.
